1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or registering an account on OJ Farm, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform allows users to pool capital to fund real-world agricultural, livestock, and aquaculture operations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our platform.

2. Investment Risks & Agricultural Realities

Unlike digital assets or traditional stocks, your capital is tied directly to physical farming operations. You acknowledge that agricultural investments carry inherent, natural risks including but not limited to:

  • Unpredictable weather patterns, droughts, or floods affecting crop yields.
  • Livestock and aquaculture diseases that may impact harvest volumes.
  • Global supply chain delays and fluctuations in international commodity prices.

While OJ Farm utilizes state-of-the-art technology and insurance to mitigate these risks, all projected daily profits and Return on Investment (ROI) targets are estimates based on historical harvest data and are not guaranteed.

3. User Responsibilities

As an investor on OJ Farm, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
  • Maintain the strict confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords.
  • Ensure that all funds deposited into your OJ Farm account are obtained legally and are not tied to illicit activities or money laundering.

4. Deposits, Yields, and Withdrawals

All deposits are converted into active farm capital. Yields are generated as physical produce is harvested and exported globally. Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times aligned with our asset liquidation and accounting cycles. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals during extreme agricultural emergencies or force majeure events to protect the overall liquidity of the farm.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if we detect suspicious activity, a violation of these Terms, or failure to comply with international financial regulations. In the event of termination for policy violations, active investments may be subject to forfeiture or delayed payout.
